Privacy policy
Effective date: 27 September 2026. This policy applies to FlickSort, operated by Pauselabs (pause). Contact: support@pauselabs.app. FlickSort is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13.
Your photos and files
FlickSort accesses the photos and folders you authorize to display, move, organize, and delete items at your request. Original photos, file contents, filenames, paths, and sorting history are not uploaded to Pauselabs servers or supplied to advertisers. No FlickSort account or Google email sign-in is required. Your storage or photo provider may synchronize changes according to its own settings.
Permissions and local storage
Photo access and optional Android media-management access enable sorting and reduce repeated system prompts. Android may require photo-location access for this permission flow; FlickSort does not extract or track photo location. Sorting history, folder access references, language choices, and daily usage counts are stored on the device until its app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Uninstalling does not reverse changes already made to your files. History cannot restore permanently deleted originals.
Purchases and support ID
Apple or Google handles payments; Pauselabs does not receive your payment card details. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID, purchase receipts and transaction history, subscription status, and app/device information to validate and restore access. The Support ID shown in Settings is this app user ID, not your email address or a hardware identifier. You may choose to copy it and provide it for support or test access. It can change after reinstallation. Copying it writes it to your device clipboard; it does not send a support request automatically.
Access codes
If you use an access code, Pauselabs processes the entered code and anonymous RevenueCat app user ID through Cloudflare to validate the code and provide access. Cloudflare also processes the request IP address for rate limiting and service security. The anonymous app user ID is sent to RevenueCat to grant and verify the entitlement. This does not send photo or file contents or start a paid subscription. The access service does not keep a separate customer database or application request logs. Entitlement records remain with RevenueCat as described below; Cloudflare infrastructure data is handled under its policies.
Advertising
Google AdMob may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address (which can indicate approximate location), ad interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Processing depends on SDK configuration, device settings, and consent where required. Advertising privacy choices, when available, are accessible in Settings. Original photos and files are not provided to advertisers.
Recipients and international processing
Purchase services (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) and advertising services (Google AdMob) process the information described above. Support email and website hosting providers may process messages or technical access data such as IP address and request time to provide and secure those services. Providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Applicable consent and transfer safeguards depend on the provider, region, and service. See the provider policies linked below.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Purchase records may remain with the stores and RevenueCat for subscription validation, restoration, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations; uninstalling the app does not delete those records or cancel a subscription. Advertising and diagnostic retention follows the relevant provider policies. Support messages and IDs are retained only as needed to resolve the request and any applicable legal obligations, then deleted. Contact support@pauselabs.app to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your support or purchase record. We may request the minimum information needed to identify that record and explain any retention exception.
Your choices and security
You may revoke photo/folder access in device settings, use available advertising privacy controls, and manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store. No FlickSort account is created, so there is no separate account-deletion procedure. For privacy requests, contact support@pauselabs.app; do not send original photos, file contents, passwords, or card details. Network connections to purchase, access-code and advertising services use encrypted transport. Device security also depends on your operating system and storage provider.
Changes
We will update this page and its effective date when practices change. Material changes requiring consent will be presented as required before the relevant processing.

사진과 파일
이용자가 허용한 사진과 폴더에 접근하여 요청한 표시·이동·정리·삭제를 수행합니다. 원본 사진, 파일 내용·이름·경로, 정리 기록은 Pauselabs 서버에 업로드하거나 광고업체에 제공하지 않습니다. FlickSort 계정이나 Google 이메일 로그인이 필요하지 않습니다. 사진·저장소 제공업체의 설정에 따라 변경 사항이 해당 서비스에 동기화될 수 있습니다.
권한과 기기 내 저장
사진 접근 및 선택적인 Android 미디어 관리 권한은 사진 정리와 반복 확인 감소에 사용됩니다. Android 권한 처리 과정에서 사진 위치 정보 접근이 필요할 수 있으나 FlickSort는 사진 위치를 추출하거나 추적하지 않습니다. 정리 기록, 폴더 접근 정보, 언어 설정, 일일 사용량은 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 앱 삭제는 이미 수행한 파일 변경을 되돌리지 않으며 기록만으로 영구 삭제된 원본을 복구할 수 없습니다.
구독과 지원 ID
Apple 또는 Google이 결제를 처리하며 Pauselabs는 결제 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. RevenueCat은 익명 앱 사용자 ID, 구매 영수증·거래 내역, 구독 상태, 앱·기기 정보를 이용하여 구독 권한 확인과 복원을 처리합니다. 설정의 지원 ID는 이 앱 사용자 ID이며 이메일이나 하드웨어 식별자가 아닙니다. 이용자는 구독 문의나 테스트 권한 부여를 위해 ID를 복사하여 전달할 수 있습니다. 재설치 시 ID가 바뀔 수 있습니다. 복사 기능은 기기 클립보드에 ID를 기록하며 문의를 자동 전송하지 않습니다.
이용 코드
이용 코드를 적용하면 Pauselabs는 Cloudflare를 통해 입력한 코드와 익명 RevenueCat 앱 사용자 ID를 처리하여 코드를 검증하고 이용 권한을 부여합니다. Cloudflare는 요청 횟수 제한과 서비스 보안을 위해 접속 IP 주소도 처리합니다. 이용 권한 부여와 확인을 위해 익명 앱 사용자 ID를 RevenueCat에 전달합니다. 사진·파일 내용은 전송하지 않으며 유료 구독이 시작되지 않습니다. 코드 검증 서비스는 별도 고객 데이터베이스나 앱 요청 로그를 보관하지 않습니다. 이용 권한 기록은 아래 설명에 따라 RevenueCat에 보관되며 Cloudflare의 인프라 정보 처리는 해당 업체 방침을 따릅니다.
광고
Google AdMob은 광고 제공·측정·분석, 보안 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 기기·광고 식별자, 대략적인 위치를 나타낼 수 있는 IP 주소, 광고 상호작용, 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 실제 처리는 SDK 구성, 기기 설정 및 필요한 동의 여부에 따라 달라집니다. 해당 지역에서 제공되는 광고 개인정보 선택 기능은 설정에서 이용할 수 있습니다. 사진·파일 원본은 광고업체에 제공하지 않습니다.
처리 업체와 국외 처리
Apple·Google·RevenueCat은 구독 관련 정보를, Google AdMob은 광고 관련 정보를 처리합니다. 문의 이메일 및 홈페이지 호스팅 제공업체는 문의 내용이나 IP 주소·요청 시각 등 서비스 제공과 보안에 필요한 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 정보는 미국 등 이용자의 거주국 외 국가에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 적용되는 동의와 이전 보호조치는 업체·지역·서비스에 따라 달라지며 아래 각 업체 방침을 참고할 수 있습니다.
보관과 삭제
기기 내 정보는 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제 시까지 보관합니다. 스토어와 RevenueCat의 거래 기록은 구독 검증·복원, 부정행위 방지 및 적용 법령상 의무 이행을 위해 보관될 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 이 기록이 삭제되거나 구독이 해지되지는 않습니다. 광고·진단 정보의 보관은 해당 업체 정책에 따릅니다. 문의 내용과 지원 ID는 문의 해결 및 적용 법령상 의무에 필요한 기간만 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 문의·구매 기록의 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 support@pauselabs.app으로 접수할 수 있습니다. 해당 기록 식별에 필요한 최소 정보를 요청할 수 있으며 삭제할 수 없는 정보와 사유가 있으면 안내합니다.
이용자 선택과 보호
기기 설정에서 사진·폴더 접근 권한을 철회하고, 제공되는 광고 개인정보 선택 기능을 이용하며, 앱 스토어에서 구독을 관리·해지할 수 있습니다. FlickSort 계정은 생성되지 않으므로 별도의 회원 탈퇴 절차는 없습니다. 문의에 사진 원본, 파일 내용, 비밀번호나 카드 정보를 보내지 마세요. 구독·이용 코드·광고 서비스와의 네트워크 통신은 암호화하며 기기 내 보호는 운영체제와 저장소 제공업체에도 의존합니다.
방침 변경
처리 방식이 변경되면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신합니다. 추가 동의가 필요한 중요한 변경은 해당 처리 전에 필요한 절차로 안내합니다.
