Terms of service
Effective date: 27 September 2026. These terms apply to FlickSort, operated by Pauselabs (pause). Contact: support@pauselabs.app. Age eligibility follows the age rating displayed in the app store you use. If you cannot independently enter into an agreement under applicable law, use requires your parent or guardian’s permission.
Using FlickSort
FlickSort organizes photos and files within the access you grant. You retain ownership of your files and must have permission to manage them. Review destinations and deletion choices carefully and keep backups. Available moves, Trash, and undo depend on your operating system and storage provider. Some deletions are permanent; sorting history alone cannot recover an original. Do not use the app to unlawfully access, damage, or distribute others’ files.
Free use and Pro
The free tier allows up to 50 sorting actions per day. When available, an optional completed rewarded ad grants 50 additional actions for that day. Pro provides unlimited sorting without ads through a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Price, billing period, and renewal conditions are shown by the store before purchase. Manage cancellation, refunds, and billing through the relevant store under its rules and applicable law. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases with the same store account; cross-platform transfers are not guaranteed. Promotional test access is separate from a paid subscription and follows the duration granted.
Privacy
The FlickSort privacy policy describes local file access and purchase, advertising, and support processing. No FlickSort account is required.
Availability and responsibility
Features may change with operating system or provider requirements. We will give appropriate notice of material changes to paid service where required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or recovery of deleted files. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or reduce mandatory consumer rights. Contact support@pauselabs.app about faults, billing access, or disputes.
Changes
Updates to these terms will be published with a new effective date. Where required, material changes will be notified or require consent before taking effect.

시행일: 2026년 9월 27일. 본 약관은 Pauselabs(pause)의 FlickSort에 적용됩니다. 문의: support@pauselabs.app. 이용 연령은 이용하는 앱 스토어에 표시된 연령 등급을 따릅니다. 적용 법령상 단독으로 계약할 수 없는 이용자는 보호자의 허락을 받아 이용해야 합니다.
서비스 이용
FlickSort는 이용자가 허용한 범위에서 사진과 파일을 정리합니다. 파일의 소유권은 이용자에게 있으며 관리할 권한이 있는 파일만 이용해 주세요. 목적지와 삭제 선택을 확인하고 중요한 파일은 백업해 주세요. 이동·휴지통·되돌리기 지원은 운영체제와 저장소 제공업체에 따라 다릅니다. 일부 삭제는 영구적이며 정리 기록만으로 원본을 복구할 수 없습니다. 타인의 파일에 대한 불법 접근·훼손·배포에 이용할 수 없습니다.
무료 이용과 Pro
무료 이용은 하루 최대 50회 정리입니다. 제공 가능한 경우 선택한 보상형 광고를 끝까지 시청하면 당일 50회가 추가됩니다. Pro는 월간 자동 갱신 구독으로 광고 없는 무제한 정리를 제공합니다. 가격·청구 주기·갱신 조건은 결제 전 스토어 화면에 표시됩니다. 해지·환불·청구는 해당 스토어 규정과 적용 법령에 따라 처리합니다. 앱 삭제만으로 구독은 해지되지 않습니다. 같은 스토어 계정으로 구매를 복원할 수 있으며 플랫폼 간 이전은 보장되지 않습니다. 테스트용 무료 권한은 유료 구독과 별개이며 부여된 기간에 따릅니다.
개인정보
FlickSort 전용 개인정보처리방침에서 파일 접근과 구독·광고·문의 정보 처리를 안내합니다. FlickSort 계정 가입은 필요하지 않습니다.
서비스 제공과 책임
운영체제나 저장소 제공업체의 변경에 따라 기능이 달라질 수 있습니다. 유료 서비스의 중요한 변경은 필요한 경우 적절히 안내합니다. 중단 없는 서비스나 삭제 파일의 복구를 보장하지 않습니다. 이 약관은 법률상 배제할 수 없는 책임을 면제하거나 소비자의 강행법규상 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 오류·구독 권한·분쟁은 support@pauselabs.app으로 문의해 주세요.
약관 변경
변경 시 시행일을 갱신하여 게시하고, 중요한 변경에 별도 안내나 동의가 필요한 경우 시행 전에 해당 절차를 진행합니다.
